Mr. Zhou worked in the public prosecution department of a Shanghai People’s Procuratorate for many years. He participated in handling multiple major criminal cases, especially dealing with the use of undisclosed information transactions, insider transactions, fund-raising fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, falsely issuing special VAT invoices, contract fraud, corruption, bribery and other cases.

• Handled the fraud case involving more than RMB300,000 as agent of X TANG, and strived for the sentence of probation for this party;

• Handled the case of illegal absorption of public deposits of nearly RMB1 billion for the general manager of a P2P company, who was finally sentenced to a four-year imprisonment;

• Handled the case of illegal absorption of public deposits of nearly RMB10 billion for the special director of a P2P company, who was finally sentenced to probation;
